Dal Palak: Spinach, red split lentils, onion, tomato, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt, spices, oil

Roti: Wheat flour, Salt, water

Instructions:
Our meals are freshly prepared each day and delivered chilled, kept cold with ice to lock in their freshness. For the best flavour experience, follow these heating instructions:
1. Transfer the food to a microwave-safe dish
2. Microwave Settings: Medium to High
•Daal and Sabji: 6-8 minutes
•Rice: 2-3 minutes
•Roti: 15 seconds
3. Skip heating the salad.
Heat until the food is steaming hot, adjusting times to suit your taste. Enjoy every bite!
