Welcome to Indian Dabbawala (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions  (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.Indiandabbawala.com (“Website”) and our meal delivery services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Websit

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website and Services.
  • Account: You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal activities.

3. Services

  • Meal Plans: We offer a monthly meal plan which includes 20 meals. Detailed information about the meal plan is available on our Website.
  • Customization: Currently, no customization options are available. The menu for the month, including all meals, heating instructions, and allergen information, is live on the Website.
  • Delivery: We offer two options: pick up or home delivery. Home delivery costs an additional 50 Euros. Details of pick-up points and delivery areas are mentioned on the Website. If you don’t fit into these areas, there is a waitlist form to apply for the waitlist. We reserve the right to make amendments to delivery locations as needed.

4. Payment

  • Pricing: Our pricing is as follows: 149 Euros for the student plan and 199 Euros for the professional plan. If opting for delivery, an additional 50 Euros is charged. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
  • Billing: Payment for Services must be made in advance through the payment methods available on our Website.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors.
  • Use of Content: You may not use any content from our Website without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.
